HIKING TO KUMBEL PASS & KHOJIKENT GROTTO PETROGLIPHS
Itinerary: Tashkent – Ugam-Chatcal National Park, Beldersay ski resort - Charvak lake – Tashkent
Region: Ugam-Chatkal National Park, Chatkal range, Western Tien-Shan, Uzbekistan

Highlights: Two days tour includes a day hiking and sightseeing of the ancient rock arts, and a day of recreation and sightseeing of the ancient rock arts in Uzbekistan mountains.
Tour program:
1 Day
09:00-10:30 – transfer Tashkent – Ugam-Chatkal National Park, Beldersay gorge (80 km);
10:30-14:00 – hiking to Kumbel pass;
14:00-15:00 – sightseeing of the petroglyphs on Kumbel pass (2399 m), picnic and rest;
15:00-18:00 – hiking through the Beldersay gorge to down chair-lift station;
18:00-18:30 – transfer to the hotel “Avenu Park”;
19:00-20:00 – dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and overnight in the lake view room.
2 Day
09:00-10:00 – breakfast at the hotel;
10:00-12:00 – free time in the hotel;
12:00-12:40 – transfer to Khojikent;
12:40-13:00 – sightseeing of the petroglyphs in Khojikent grotto;
13:00-14:00 – lunch at the restaurant near the Charvak lake dam;
14:00-16:00 – transfer to Tashkent (100 km).
*It is recommended to start a first day of the program at 07:00 a.m. during summer time.
Inclusions:
- all transfers in accordance to the program;
- Ugam-Chatkal national park ecological fees;
- service of English speaking mountain guide;
